Several years ago, I began collecting American Indian folk tales and compiling them in soft cover books of 38 pages each that I publish desk top and sell for $10 each.
With a natural desire to work in 3 dimension, I began carving the human caracters from these stories and created my No Face Dolls.
Now, I am working on the 7th book which will show images of the dolls along with their particular story.

These are voices from the past, caught on the wind. The dolls are an ancient tradition going back thousands of years. The idea of No Face is to address vanity. No Face dolls are teachers of history, tradition and morals. They are not toys but rather cherished keepsakes.
